Please note that we do not cover shipping costs, additional duties, or taxes associated with returning the item. If you wish to request a refund, you must contact us within the 14-day period and return the product in perfect condition. Shipping and handling costs are at your expense and risk. We will not provide compensation for products lost or damaged during return shipping to Louise Roe Aps. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
