SALES COORDINATOR
LOUISE ROE is excited to welcome a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to our growing family. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our sales operations across both B2B and B2C channels. As a family-driven brand, we pride ourselves on fostering a warm, collaborative atmosphere where every team member feels valued and supported.
You'll be working closely with our Sales and Ecommerce teams, managing customer enquiries, processing orders, overseeing logistics, and providing essential administrative support. If you're passionate about being part of a supportive and dynamic team, we’d love for you to join us!
This is a 12-month maternity cover position, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role within the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
B2B Sales Operations
◦ Manage sales enquiries and correspondence via email.
◦ Process orders from Turis to BC for B2B transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
◦ Update and maintain order information within Turis.
Claims Processing
◦ Address and process claims for B2B transactions.
◦ Collaborate with the team to resolve claims efficiently and effectively.
Campaign and Product Management
◦ Assist in building annual campaigns for items inb stock and new product product launches in collaboration with the E-Commerce Sales Manager and Sales Director.
◦ Conduct price list updates and add new products to the website.
◦ Manage and update the Turis Store page, including creating new products on the admin side.
Ecommerce Support
◦ Answer phones and manage ecommerce inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
◦ Oversee the management of the Info email, handling orders from Shopify to BC, and processing B2C claims.
◦ Oversee order fulfillment, update tracking information, and manage invoicing.
Logistics and Samples Management
◦ Oversee logistics, including invoicing and handling claims related to shipments.
◦ Manage samples, ensuring timely delivery and tracking for B2B clients.
Marketing Support
◦ Collaborate on marketing bundles for promotional campaigns.
◦ Provide assistance in the Gallery for various marketing activities.
Administration and IT Support
◦ Manage invoicing processes across various platforms.
◦ Assist with website settings and configurations.
Customer Support
◦ Address costumer enquiries and concerns related to sales operations.
◦ Ensure a high level of costumer satisfaction throughout the order and delivery process.
Event Support
◦ Assist in coordinating sales-related events and exhibitions.
◦ Manage logistics and sales-related activities during events.
Qualifications
◦ At least 2 years experience as Sales Coordinator or a similar role.
◦ Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
◦ Proficient in ecommerce platforms and sales management systems.
◦ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
◦ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
◦ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
