3daysofdesign 2025 marked a defining moment for designer Louise Roe Andersen and the evolving LOUISE ROE collection. Across three locations in central Copenhagen, the brand presented a curated selection of new pieces, materials, and collaborations that further explore its sculptural approach to design.

At the LOUISE ROE GALLERY, LOUISE ROE introduced its first design collaboration, a partnership between Louise Roe Andersen and Copenhagen-based studio Mentze Ottenstein. This collaboration marks a shared exploration of form, function, and atmosphere, brought to life through two sculptural pieces: the wall-mounted Moon Lantern and the modular Axis Display Unit.

More than just a product launch, the collaboration also contributed to a broader transformation of the LOUISE ROE Gallery. As part of an in-house initiative to refine the concept store’s spatial identity, the gallery was thoughtfully reimagined, with a renewed architectural direction that mirrors the brand’s evolving design ethos.

The LOUISE ROE collection expanded with new material expressions and colourways, offering fresh interpretations of our signature silhouettes. A lacquered beech wood was introduced in both Deep Black and Olive Green, lending a contemporary, high-gloss finish to select pieces. Alongside this, a thermo treated pine wood brings warmth and texture with its natural tonal variation.

At the LOUISE ROE Studio on Møntergade, the spotlight turned to glass, highlighting the material’s expressive potential within the LOUISE ROE universe. At the centre of the presentation stood the newly introduced S.R. Vintage Drape Vase, a poetic and tactile object shaped through the creative dialogue between Louise and Sophia Roe.

Mouth-blown and delicately balanced on three small feet, the vase reflects a shared sensibility rooted in craftsmanship, contrast, and quiet character. Its sculptural silhouette and richly layered surface capture the essence of the S.R. collection, offering a contemporary take on tradition through colour, form, and technique. It will launch in several distinct colorways.
